We offer Free Standard Delivery when you spend over £50.

After placing your order, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. There is an option for Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery and Ireland Delivery. Once the parcel has been dispatched, delays with the courier service are not under my control, so please wait a little longer for your parcel to arrive.

The delivery courier will attempt delivery on 3 occasions. After 3 attempts the parcel may be returned to sender, in which case we will contact you to rearrange sending the parcel back out to you at an extra postage cost. So please if possible arrange with the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbor or at a parcel shop.

Returns are accepted within 14 days if there is a fault or defective item. If the 14 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return. If you need to return something please contact us before doing so, we aim to respond to queries within 48 hours. Please bare in mind, we do not cover the return postage cost.
